139th PMI Bulgaria Chapter Meeting with Rosen Rashkov

About the Event

In today’s volatile business environment, leadership is no longer a static title—it is a dynamic dance. Many managers burn out because they stay trapped in a reactive loop, constantly fighting fires and trying to play every position at once. This interactive workshop introduces a powerful framework based on five distinct, intentional roles that every modern leader must master. Participants will learn how to deliberately switch between these roles, finding the perfect balance between stepping forward into active management and stepping back into strategic reflection. By mastering this "virtuous circle" of leadership, managers can optimize their personal organization, prevent burnout, and unlock their team’s intrinsic motivation through autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
